Bay Mountain Inn Cherokee Smoky Mountains

The hotel was top-notch, the room was updated and well-stocked, had essentials for a real good stay. The staff were decent and attentive, nothing to complain about. I loved the room with a view, the bed was comfortable. The breakfast had variety of food, like cereals, toast and pastries.

Fairly clean great value hotel with a great pool and an unbeatable location close to Close to the mountains, the shops, the center. Inviting and immaculate room, had a nice stay at a Baymont Venue.

Comfortable hotel, the rooms were well stocked. Rooms with comfortable beds. It was located in a nice area. The restaurant was great, I ordered excellent dishes.

Our room had a relaxing bed and a decent view. Breakfast was quick and had lots of options - eggs, toast, slices of fresh bread, fruit and bacon. Wonderful hotel with spectacular customer service.

The property was spotless, the room was recently refurbished. The view was SPECTACULAR and the bed was nice. Had soft juices, great cocktails and gins in the beach bar.

enjoyable location, delightful room with nice decor. unbelievable view, a beautiful balcony, incredible bed, too. staff was so smart - they made our stay magnificent. the hotel was spotlessly clean and the stunning beach set near the property. absolutely brilliant property, had a really very efficient service.

I loved the rocky beach and the cool staff. Stylish building, fairly clean and great bedroom. Beachfront location, a 10-15 minute walk from unto these hills dinner theater. Charming area.

I had a very relaxing stay at this stellar hotel. Location was MAGNIFICENT, and I loved nicely remodeled rooms and extraordinary service-minded staff. Huge suite and perfect bed. Authentic plastic furniture.

The place was fairly clean with ideal staff and rooms. I got free upgrade and loved it.

Full cooked breakfast was adequate, staff was unobtrusive. The rooms were great, great, and the beds were cozy. The pool was heated and I had complementary drinks in the main bar.

i loved this incredibly friendly hotel, its pleasant location and outstandingly accommodating staff. the room was fine and absolutely perfect, it had incredibly beautiful views. the staff did all they can for a warm stay. hot drinks, strong wifi were a nice surprise.

Planned to see Cherokee major attractions and it was perfect place for visiting all of them;))

Spotless hotel with a generally nice staff and a comprehensive breakfast. Room was beautifully maintained and beautifully maintained too. A clean beach, absolutely superb view. Beach bar was lively! Quiet garden and excellent pool.

We greatly enjoyed it and can't wait to come back. Perfect place for discovering Cherokee.

We greatly enjoyed facilities and staff. Within walking distance of wize guyz grille, where you can have lunch. Plus, it provided us with a free Wi Fi.

The hotel offered 5-minutes direct walk to Saunooke Village. We recommend it with confidence. Even the Asheville Regional airport was not so far.

We enjoyed the room, it was good sized. Newfound Lodge Restaurant, which is placed only 700 feet away, is a nice dining choice. Totally a perfect experience...
